I was looking for another new recipe for chicken thighs, with easy prep and clean up. I followed your recipe except for using a rack on the cookie sheet. I loved the result! Crisp skin and moist and tasty throughout! This might be my new go-to for chicken thighs!

I love cooking. I usually cook mainly venison BUT I decided to branch out

Tried these and they were very good. No overwhelming spice, so very good ratio but I added a teaspoon of salt instead of just half. Bake time was spot on. Thanks

Just made these and they were wonderful! Made a little extra seasoning to put on potato wedges and baked it all together in a pan. Great, easy dinner.
