I was the first to recover so made a double batch to pass on to my parents and sister’s family. Everyone loved it. This recipe is easy to follow with staple pantry ingredients. I followed the instructions without making any adjustments and am really glad i did that. I hesitated at the the lemon juice at the end but it rounded out the flavor nicely. Bookmarked for the next time we need a nourishing pot of soup.5 stars
