These were great. I was surprised by how the addition of a little thyme really elevated the taste. I found I had to cook longer, about 16-18min but they were worth it. Thanks for sharing!5 stars

These carrots are delicious!! I only had powdered thyme so that it what I used. After they were air fried, I put the carrots back in the bowl that I used to mix everything. The carrots picked up a little more thyme and EVOO to coat them ever so nicely. This is a great snack — hot or cold!! This is a “WOW” recipe. Thank you, Lisa. ~Joan~5 stars

I cooked about a third a pound for 10 minutes, shaking at 5 minutes. They were pretty hard. I will either making smaller pieces or cook them longer. I think I might try other spices but this was a good starting point for me to tweak this to our liking and tenderness.3 stars
