I shy away from cooking turkeys only because I’ve cant seem to make a moist one. This solves that problem! We are enjoying the leftovers as well. This is so easy to make and the best part is the wonderful flavor and the moistness (be sure to bring to room temp, I think that is the key). The gluten free gravy paired very well also. I plan to make this throughout the year!5 stars

My husband seemed a bit skeptical that I could pull it off, since I’ve never done just a breast before, but it was great! The flavor was delicious and the turkey moist. What I didn’t realize was the breast included all the ribs so I couldn’t set it flat rather had to put it on its side-ish. But it still turned out so great5 stars

We couldn’t have been more happy with this recipe. Easy to make, and all six of us felt it might have been the best turkey dinner we’ve ever had. Excellent!5 stars
