I’m loving your book! Found you a few years ago and have tried so many of your recipes and keep trying new ones all the time…you are my go-to! Some of my favorites: chocolate avocado pudding, balsamic roasted mushrooms (even my son who dislikes mushrooms, loves these), and the soups are so good that I make them every week!
