We keep a constant supply in the fridge. Our twist on it is 2 large jalapenos and 2 medium Serrano , 2 tsp mince garlic, 1 cup large white onion, one bundle cilantro. Lime juice to taste and chicken bouillon to taste instead of salt.

It’s my go to recipe for pico. Everyone loves it. I always make a double batch and there’s seldom left overs but when there is it’s even better the next day.
