Wow!! This is such a good recipe. If you enjoy meatloaf, this is a very classic recipe and the glaze elevates it to the next level of goodness. It’s a simple recipe using staple ingredients that you will have on hand. It freezes well, its great for leftover sandwiches and its a hearty dinner served with mashed potatoes and corn. This is a definite recipe to keep on hand! I will be making this regularly – the family loved it.
